We work with foreign property owners - British, German, Israeli, American and other international investors - who own apartments or entire buildings in Prague but live abroad. Yes. We handle the entire handover process - we take over all documentation, accounts, supplier contracts and inspection records. A standard handover takes 4-6 weeks and happens without any disruption to building operations. We also assist with the legal steps to terminate the previous management contract.
