About the position

We are looking for someone who loves houses more than spreadsheets.

Heritum is a boutique property management company. We deliberately limit the number of clients so that every building is handled personally: not via a call centre or ticket queues. If you have experience in property management or facility management and enjoy the historic architecture of central Prague, we will find time to meet and chat.

Residential property manager / the building's owners' association

What You Will Do

  • Technical and administrative management of 4-8 residential buildings
  • Coordination of repairs, inspections and emergency interventions
  • Communication with the building's owners' association committees, owners and suppliers
  • Dealing with authorities and the National Heritage Institute for historic buildings
  • Supervision of the long-term repair plan and the reserve fund.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in property management / facility management
  • Overview of construction legislation and the building's owners' association agenda
  • Independence, reliability, professional conduct
  • Driving licence B (trips within Prague 1-8)
  • Plus: experience with historic buildings / NPÚ
